How come no PS4 titles are showing in the latest VGChartz s/w sales ?

Im not sure if digital gets tracked or not, but I would bet on that if they dont.

There also hasnt been much of anything since launch to come out for either system. I have been playing on my ps3 more lately as well until at least tomb raider comes out.
