Just wanted to share something real quick. I'm really happy to see Nintendo having a great holiday season. While some people are quick to point out that the Wii U is being outsold by the Xbone and Ps4, and it won't ever reach Wii sales, I look at it from a different angle. I see the 3DS completely flooring the competition and the Wii U selling a healthy 260k (Dec 14) this week. With the Wii also adding a good 100k helps as well. The DS seems to be dieing but that's only because the 3DS is killing it!
I'm just saying, I'm glad that Sony AND Nintendo are selling HARDWARE. Notice I didn't say consoles, or handhelds. Just hardware in general. As a whole (I haven't actually done the numbers) I'm sure combined they are both pretty close. I love the competition that Nin and Sony are giving each other and it makes them better for it that no single company completely dominates.
So for this Christmas season I'm apprecitive and thankful for Sony and Nintendo. Long live their success!!!
