No.
The pc is more powerful than both because it is more powerful.
Its NOT better because it is more powerful.
More power does not equal better. And thats a fact.
The pc is maybe better in generating graphics in the way people call high end.
This makes the pc better in this aspect. And some other aspects as well. But this does not make the pc better overall, just because its more powerful.
Just like the most powerful TVs, cameras, cars, boats and other things are not always rated the highest overall.
