15. Mario Kart 64
Nintendo 64 (1997)
Nintendo EAD

Welcome to Mario Kart! I'm not really sure what to post about it, other than it gave me and my friends an endless supply of great times and fond memories. Whether it be wandering Peach's Royal Raceway to see if there were any secrets in the Castle, engaging the lighting powerup at the perfect time to mess up your opponents in Wario's Stadium, turning into a bob-omb on purpose just to tormet your friends in battle mode, or avoiding crazy pitfalls in the skyscraper level... it just brings a smile to my face. Mario Kart 64 is a simple game, but sometimes those are the best sort of gaming experiences: ones that show you the quickest route to great times and smiles upon smiles.
