Why do Nintendo fans think the gaming industry will die if nintendo aint leading?

And HD isn't killing the gaming industry... Its Endless amount of Microtransactions for $60 games, Shit ton of DLC and all these extra fees that people have to pay that they originally didn't and they don't have too much of an option to not pay them is whats killing the gaming industry...

Not in my experience at all. Most DLC that is worth anything is usually very different from the rest of a game. Much of it can add  more gaming hours to a gaming experience than a lot of games have entirely on their own.
