Only three things :
1 - A good flow of launches. Mario Kart, Smash Brothers, Bayonetta, DKCR:TF, Yoshi, X (must come next year). Announcements like Metroid, F-Zero, Starfox, more about SMT X Fire Emblem
2 - Better offerings on the Eshop, specially Virtual Console, and discounts.
3 - Most important: ADVERTSIMENT. Nintendo needs to market this thing better. WiiU suffers from its name, so it must be addressed with a strong marketing campaign
