I think the "unique experience that is beyond our expectations" is specifically referencing those what Anouma said in a Nintendo Direct a few months back about rethinking the conventions of Zelda. For instance he mentions having to play the dungeons in order and having to be alone.

We saw these conventions in action in ALBW through the rental system and Shadow Link Battles but I believe this is a "taste" so to speak as to what may be implemented in Zelda Wii U.

Also, I think the uniqueness may also come from how open world the game is. Anouma made reference to Skyrim in an interview with EuroGamer, and wanted to know what us Zelda fans may like to see in a future Zelda game with some nods to Skyrim. However, he has began to distance himself so that it doesn't sound like he is making the Elder Scrolls VI.

After seeing how linear SS was, and how bland TP's open world was, with ALBW's incredible freedom and diversion from Zelda standards, I think whatever this new game is may be one of the most groundbreaking and different games we will have seen since say Ocarina of Time (at least for Zelda anyway).
