the R9 270 is performance wise between the 7850 and the 7870, exactly where the PS4 GPU is at
the CPU might be stronger than the octa jaguar, but whether or not that directly results in higher game performance is yet to be seen and ofcourse consoles have the closed platform advantage when it comes to optimizations
