People were sayign gaming console was dying. But we just witness the two biggest launch of console in history.

Now let us go back in the past. We had a PS3 release at $600, $500 and I know a lot of people (including me) could afford to spend that much money in a video game. And because Xbox360 was destroying PS3 in sales, Sony put back their competitive hat back and delivered the $300 PS3 slim and they have been domination the sales since then.

Now because of the good success of the Xbox360, Sony knows they can't just give people another PS3 and we got the $400 PS4. I bought mine last Sunday and I am enjoying it very much. One of the reason we have such a wonderful PS4 is because of the competition that Sony  received from MS last gen. Now that we know that Halo5 is supposed to be release next year, I can rest assured that Uncharted will be a very well done product to compete against it. There is even a rumor that GT7 could be released in 2014.

So competition is good , and us as consumer we get to have unbelievable gaming experience because both MS and Sony are pushing hard for our money. Since I bought the PS4,  I can say  "Thank You Microsoft", "Thanks for the Competition".

Also after seeing games like "The Last of Us" and "Uncharted" from Sony, Xbox fan should also look foward for some great exclusives on their side. MS has the money to make this happen (FF XV and Kingdom Heart 3 are no longer exclusives to Sony, I have no idea how MS pulled that off )
