The Master of the TAles of Franchise Hideo Baba said the fanbase is on Sony Platforms and this is why he sees future Tales of Projects there.
With Persona it is probably the same - They probably prefer to have a happy fanbase who buys their games.
And i dont think Microsoft cares anymore enough to waste money for a 360 game that will release in Winter 2014 and is going to be bought mostly by Japanese Gamers anyway.

Nice to see it coming...but why so late?And why for the PS3?
Development for the PS4 is probably easier than for the PS3 and the fanbase would move over anyway to the PS4.
Hopefully they will either port it or at least Gaikai works then already cause i really don't want to play anymore on the PS3.
