Not trying to convince anyone. This thread is lacking in facts though. I would hate to be the kind of person that is accepting of opinions over reality. These developers have already stated how amazing the Wii U is and how they still have not found out a way to maximize the graphical output becuse they are still learning the console and it's processes. Good thing we have developers like Criterion though leading the way and basing our games off of PC specs that blow the prior generation out of the water.

Compare Perfect Dark launch game on 360 and then Gears of War and that says it all. There is no huge leap this generation, not what you all expected anyway. If you want to get technical, we can talk about how the PS4 AND XB1 are years behind current PC gaming consoles. If you want to bring facts into the argument.

First bolded part in relation to the second bolded part is pure gold :D

So you boast at how NFS MW in WiiU blows PS360 versions out of the water, but then say regarding PS4/X1 that there is no huge leap this generation, this made me chuckle so much xD But I know, I know, games on your console of choice always look better.

Btw. About that first post of yours regarding developers learning the hardware of Wii U and optimising the engines, I recommend you check the Digital Foundry comparisons of Call of Duty Ghosts for Wii U/PS3/360 and Batman Arkham Origins for the said platforms, both games are second generation games for Wii U, see for yourself how much "progress" developers made :D and Criterion is EA owned, probably will be some time until they will make another Wii U game.

So it is happening...PS4 preorder.

Greatness Awaits!
