The PlayStation 4 Launch Titles list features both the games available on launch day (November 15th in the US and the 29th in other 31 countries) and in the launch "window," which usually means within the first three months following launch day. Well that post screams "insecure".

You should know full well that when people say "games" they mean "critically acclaimed exclusives". Depending on who you ask, only AAA retail games count too. There is no set criteria. Im sure you've been around enough to read between the lines. But im pretty sure the majority aren't counting multiplats, and cross-gen multiplats at that.
