If true, this make the lack of software supported by the balance board even more deplorable.
You have a audience support them, I don't think making annual updates or Wii Fit sequels would have been the only way to provide some sort of new experience as a benefit for those that paid $100 bucks for Wii Fit. Honestly, one of the issues with Nintendo is introducing accessories and after an initial strong entry or start never using them in a significant way again.
