" A 12oz can of Coke has 39 grams of artificial sugar. In just one can of 12oz soda you already have well over what your suppose to have in a single day. Fruits, vegtables, and other foods with natural sugars are how we are suppose to get our sugar, not soda and other processed drinks and foods.
