Best AI in any game you've played?

If I'm being honest, I don't think I've even played a game in which they AI stood out to me as being particularly smart. I mean sure, some are programmed to be a bit more aggressive or sneaky than others, but nothing I've played has AI that I could say stands head and shoulders above others.
