# of 3rd party software sales of 250K or more (I was going to go for 400K but it wasn't looking fair):

3DS: 50+ I stopped counting as it was getting kinda sad for Vita
PSV: 9

myth that 3rd party sales are better on Vita than 3DS just got debunked!!!
