However wanting to shoot someone simply because you do not like them is a bit much. Do you really need a gun to defend yourself from a disable person with mental disabilities? That does some off as sounding like an ass honestly. Not sure how you could rightfully shoot someone just because you do not agree with them but that would still leave you open to legal action. OJ was found innocent. He still had to pay millions for wrongful death. |
Well, he came up to my yard and threatened me over his dog. Like I said, legally speaking, I'm covered over it.
And, he's much larger than me, so he could hurt me or kill me if he wanted. I'm not going to take that chance.
