That article was written by a complete moron.
The temperature range given by the article describes the ENVIRONMENT temperature range the console should be operated in. It has absolutely nothing to do with how hot the console gets (and the FCC doesn't give a s*hit how hot it gets, it is all about the emf radiation it may emit).
