There has been test to prove that PS4 runs cooler than PS3.

The only thing that confuses me with this is PS3's and Xbox 360's, Wii's Xbox Ones, Wii U's have all always been shown in glass cases. The PS3 didnt yellow light during pre launch in glass cases. So why did PS4 if it runs cooler. Unless its a completely different issue.

 

Maybe everyone is assuming heat, when it has nothing to do with heat.

Not true.

The X1 display cases always have no sides on them and a cut out at the top for the main fan too.

Oh yeah. Look you can see the cut out bits. 

Maybe thats what Sony should have done. Because this news could hurt them. Its got around to a few sites now. 

Why did they do that?
