What?  2 was kind of boring...  The farm episodes moved way too damn slow. 

I liked the character development and it was also the highlight of the character of Shane.

Ah was never a big fan of Shane.  Not like I cared that he slept with Rick's wife.  I just preferred the way the comic dealt with his death.  Shane was killed by Carl very quickly in the comics.  That whole infighting lasted way too long between Rick and Shane in the TV series.  I liked that the comic just got rid of Shane right away.
