Hell, I wouldn't be suprised if Pokemon moved 1 Mil HW worldwide in the week of its release. SW anywhere between 5Mil and 10Mil WW.

At first I was going to respond to this thinking you said 1mil units of x/y worldwide, then I saw the HW. That would be insane but awesome!

Considering MH4 did 300k HW in JP week 1 I don't think it is completely unrealistic.
