Actually, the ones complaining about battery life surely don't have the minimal technical knowledge about it. A led has a minimal power drain, the Bluetooth and rumble are what really drains it. And they use a tiny led for that giant bar, just like the Move where a tiny central led illuminated the glowing esphere (yes, just one led. It's a RGB led, DS4 probably uses one too).
