No but its games didn't look like they were a generation behind the Xbox or GC either, and it didn't have to rely on a handful of old franchises in order to sell.

X doesn't look like a generation behind either.

X looks no better than any AAA PS360 exclusive, and those consoles are now 7 and 8 years

By that logic the PS1 is weaker than the SNES
