Nope, the reason why Minecraft isn't on PS3 is because people in Mojang aren't too good with coding. X360 version is done on behalf Microsoft by 4J Studios & funded by MS. Mojang can't take current X360 version and port it to PS3 because they don't own the rights to 4j Studios work. If Mojang ever does PS3/4 version they will have to make it from scratch.
