It's wrong and the laws need to change. It should be fine here if we adopt those rules you have but it won't happen with the current generation of politicians. 

Aw that too bad.. I think we have those rules since early 2000 and it's pretty accepted here in the Netherlands.. it's like 97% finds it acceptable if the condition of the patient is hopeless..
