I agree, the xbox is still outselling the ps3 in the us and they have the same price. Every generation is different and who knows what will happen in 3-4 years

They have never had the same price though. X360 was $199.99 for the last 5 years. They even sold it with a 100 dollar gift card which effectively gave it away for 99 dollars over the years for the holidays. PS3 was $199.99 on Black Friday only and besides that was never lower then $249.99 and then went through an odd price increase to $269.99 last year.

You're right, i did not know about that. I always buy at the start of the generation so I was mistaken about the price drops.
