Looks like a puzzle game. Watch MS waste their money and buy exclusivity rights to this.

Namco shouldn't be allowed to make anything but Tales games. Just like Sega should only make Phantasy Stars, Valkyria Chronicles and Shining Forces and Nintendo should only make Golden Suns and Fire Emblems.
