We might not since the laws have all been relaxed. The only way an anti-trust suit might come up is if there is a politician ballsy enough to step up and take down the massive corporations again. And those big corporations buy off politicians sickeningly easily.
Sadly, Teddy Roosevelt is long dead. He was just about the ballsiest guy to ever run America.
