Who keeps locking the "message" threads?

The AoA message was not created by me it's by elgefe02.

If the reason the Leo-j ones were locked because Mods may feel Leo-j may not want it there or whatever then why was the one of me locked?

It seems as though the Mods don't want us users to have a good laugh.
