cant quote you right now thanks to vgchartz working pretty flawed with windows rt. The companys cant go all digital its just not possible. Look at the PSP GO flop in Japan with their excellent internet infrastructure. Aslong as the majority of sales are disc based and MS and Sony rely on retail to sell theír consoles they will not go all digital. MS tried their DRM and it backfired because people like their physical media and need it in alot of cases to be even able to buy the games.
Its not like MS and Sony decide wether they can go all digital the market and the infrastructure decides when its time not MS and not Sony.
