I think "critics" need to immerse themselves in more culture, or at least stop letting themselves get played by his knowingly ridiculous creations.

 

ALSO: Juliet Starling is a strong, independent woman who don't need nobody (she is happy with just the head).

Especially considering the male lead is just a tool that Juliet uses.
