The things that worked in the PS1 days Don't work anymore. JRPGS

arent selling nobody wants random encounters and turn based figths. You

gotta evolve as a company

I've always been curious about that, how come you know for certain they wouldn't sell.

Recent examples. JRPGs don´t sell anymore as good as they did in the PS1 era.

A great game like Xenoblade Chronicles can´t even reach the million mark

A very 'under the radar' like Jrpg as Valkyria Chronicles sold over a million on Ps3. (more strategy but closest to any decent turnbased jrpg game on ps3 i'm familiar with)

Seeing past 2 gens that sold a bunch of the good turnbased jrpg's on psx and ps2, did they even try this gen? I just don't see the games. Do we even know how much FF7 for example sold this generation on PSN alone?
