This, really.
The 360 showed it was a futile effort. Even after securing something like Tales of Vesperia and Star Ocean they couldn't get it to take off in Japan, and I doubt they'll get anything better for the Xbox One.
All they're going to do is flush money and talent away and piss off a lot of JRPG fans.
