Also Playstation's twitter confirmed XV is PS3 and PS4 only, didn't confirm KH3 tho.

Both Final Fantasy XV and Kingdom Hearts III are coming to PS4! And FFXIV is coming exclusively to PS3 and PS4!
My guess is KH3 will be exclusive as well, just too early in dev to make set promises or mentioning it.
