I was wrong.
Xbox Live is the killer app for Xbox One.
Many people bought an Xbox 360 because of their friends are on Xbox Live.
You will be able to transfer your gamertag and friends list over to the Xbox One.
Microsoft is preparing 300,000 servers for Xbox One on day one.
Kinect is also a selling point for the Xbox One. But Xbox Live will be the main reason Xbox One will appeal to millions of gamers.
