Black teacher fired for word 'negro'

every time i see something like this it makes me laugh, only because here calling someone ''negro'' (= like if you call someone ''you, black'') is actually a friendly and nice way of addressing someone SPECIALLY black people, i'm aware of the differences i just find it funny ^^
