Far Cry 3 was a huge success, bringing new gamers into the franchise, some of which haven’t played the previous titles. Well, those people are in luck because the first installment in the Far Cry series is getting revitalized in HD. The game was originally released by Crytek back in 2004 for the PC, and now us console gamers will be able to get into the Far Cry action as the HD reboot will be released for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3.
No release date has yet to be confirmed, but we expect more news from Ubisoft, the developer of both Far Cry 2, 3, and the HD edition, sometime in the near future.
