It's only sub-720p because it was easier for them to do the port that way. And you can definitely see the difference when in motion, particularly the night stuff. Play the game on the PS3 or 360 and then play it on the Wii U. It's noticeably superior. You really can't tell much from a YouTube video, you need to see the difference on a telly to really appreciate it.
