Well this was kind of unexpected. Terms of sale of Google's Glass have turned up and it mentiones that ''You may not commercially resell any Device'':

Seems like Google is really bend on making it your personal information device of choice, and keeping it that way. They are going to bump into some consumer laws here and there, atleast here in Europe.
So what do you guy's think what's the real story, they don't want your personal info to get mixed up with others? Or is Google finally turning Evil themselves?
