Don't think that will happen.
The Tales of Studios only exist cause Sony saved them after the mess they had with Vesperia 360 and Graces.
They nearly had to shut down the Tales Studios but the PS3 Community saved them(through Costume DLC mostly in Vesperia and Graces F)
Xillia had Franchise PreOrder Records and made tons of money cause of even more Costume DLC.
If anything at all Nintedo is getting a Multiplat Version cause Tales of won't be a graphical monster so it is possible to have a version there.
But Bamco won't be that stupid to make the same mistakes again like last Gen and anger Sony.
Vesperia was on the 360 cause they couldn't afford PS3 Development as they said after the PS3 Version was announced and you could see all the time there was a PS3 Version planned.This time they won't have the issues cause the PS4 is developer friendly and even poor teams(Tales Studios aren't poor anymore) can work there without any problems.
