If MS and Gamestop have been talking than I think we can put to bed all the stupid unfound rumors that the Nextbox won't support used games. Will the technology be there for it? Sure. Will it be turned on day one? Nope. PS4 almost certainly has the same tech waiting for the right time to block certain used games. Nobody is going to shoot first until retail stores like Gamestop are no longer the place to buy consoles, accessories, games, etc.
The digital distribution age isn't here yet and it is a long way off.
