I don't think that Greenlight is nearly as bad as Nintendo's Wii-era policies (jump through all the hoops to get the game on the platform, and if you don't sell enough copies we're keeping all your money), but it's pretty clear that Fish just hates Nintendo and doesn't care what their current policies are.
