Garriott: 'Most game designers really just suck'

Okay, understood: Richard Garriott - the man who strongly influenced the history of Japanese RPGs - doesn't seem to care about Japanese designers.

But it's a shame he didn't mention Sid Meier, Bruce Shelley or Brett Sperry. Especially Meier needs to be mentioned by default when you are about to name the best western game designers (I always wondered if Sid and Lord British can't stand each other).
