Using only the video and system RAM:
PS: 3MB
PS2: 36MB (+12x)
PS3: 512MB (+14x)
PS4: 8GB (+16x)
But infact the PS (3.5MB total) and PS2 (40MB total) have addicional memory for each hardware part (Sound, I/O, ect) and the PS3 and PS4 have a unified pool for all hardware.
