Has anyone had this advert and it just wont go away. Makes the site unusable?

Not trying to be "cool" or  "down wid it" PiePie but when i get annoyed by crap, I tend to revert to slight cussing in patios, pronounced patwah. I dont tend to but I just do. One of many internet flaws. (ahhh shocked face) -_-
