Why was Shenmue I and Shenmue II never ported to the Wii?

SEGA has been releasing several Saturn and Dreamcast classics on there (in HD). I am hoping they will eventually get to the shenmue's, Panzer dragoons saga's and Shining force 3's. Well maybe not shining force as it requires localisation if they do more than disc 1 (though its already been made by fans), but the other 2 have to find their way somehow.

Actually all three volumes were translated.
