You have enough RAM and your CPU is strong enough to run the game at high settings however your GFX is unknown to their database which doesnt mean it wont work - they just dont know.

Edit: Considering the fact that it lists the Radeon HD 4850 as the recommended GFX card for to play in recommended settings - you should be ok.
