Local library.(That's some good use of tax money)
Selection is limited but usually has what I want. You can always find the popular Nintendo games in the Kids section and I rent the ones that take less than a month or so to beat.
I apply the same rules to my friends. I give em $2 for 2 weeks. It's a good system. (I'm the only one that pays though, so I get priority lolz)
