I can't imagine someone left it behind. I always was under the impression Momonosuke had eaten it, but since we've seen so many DF's in this arc I have the feeling you might be talking about an entirely different DF xD
Law setting up DD...I wonder what the hell his goal is right now. Doflamingo is incredibly powerful, I can't imagine being chased by the Marines would be more than an annoyance for him. Who is Law trying to elevate to the Shichibukai? Luffy certainly wouldn't fit in...
