I agree and dissagree at the same time. I think Nintendo has a long way to go to be the top home system of the coming generation. More games, better games, better marketing all needed. That said, WiiU could have had another half-dozen excellent titles right now and a huge marketing blitz and it would have still been competing with a 360 and a PS3 that are cheaper and would have an even better game selection than anything WiiU could offer. And at best they would have sold a few hundred thousand more systems, since that's the most they could produce anyway. WiiU needs a lot going forward, but this is the first week sales are truly dissapointing. Pre-Christmas sales were almost as much as they could get in the best-case scenario. I think Nintendo is just saving marketing doallars and AAA titles for when they actually need it, which is post-launch and especially in the fall when PS4720 arrive.
